As the weather begins to turn cooler and dryer, don't forget that the environmental changes we see in the outer world are also happening inside our bodies! Our nutritional needs are changing and our diets should be changing along with them. Our bodies need more healthy fats and protein. It is time to phase out all raw and cold foods.
