Most of you have probably noticed that I am posting less often in 2014 than I did last year. It has been very full so far, with a better work-life balance. I have moved into a larger office at Ruscombe Mansion and begun writing my dissertation in International Public Health. I am remaining open to new opportunities, breathing in the face of chaos, and experiencing some incredible growth in my abilities as a healer.
Intuitively, I knew at the start of the year that it was time to expand what I do through partnerships with other healers. Here are the details about my first collaborative healing program, which I have created with my colleague Diane Finlayson!
Six Weeks to Wellness with Yoga, Ayurveda & Energy Work
Practitioners: Michelle Dexter Garber & Diane Finlayson
Location: Ruscombe Community Health, by appointment
Contact Michelle at 703-475-9642 or Diane at 443-622-9642 to book your Transformation!
The six sessions are:
Chakra Reading, Chakra Balancing, Yoga Therapy, Ayurvedic Evaluation, Spiritual Direction, and Creating a Personal Wellness Plan
Fee: $750, a $50 savings over booking individual sessions
Why do this?
Windy fall weather followed by the cold and the delights and challenges of the holidays can leave a body spent.
This year, attend our six wellness sessions and enter fall and winter in a fully charged and vital state!
Chances are good that you’ll have more fun and have fewer physical challenges over the coming cold months.
What happens during this six-week transformation?
Session 1: Your Six Weeks to Wellness begins with Diane giving you a chakra reading. Diane will “dowse” the chakras for information and together you will discover what your unique challenges are for the season.
Session 2: Michelle will do a chakra balancing, taking all you have discovered and offering energetic healing to bring that which can be righted back to center.
Session 3: Diane will offer Yoga Therapy suggestions to help you keep things structurally sound through yoga asana, breathing practices and meditation suggestions.
Session 4: Michelle will provide an Ayurvedic dosha evaluation and herbal education for a deeper understanding of the care and maintenance of your unique constitution.
Session 5: Diane will offer spiritual direction to help you remain committed to your path of health and wellness.
Session 6: Michelle will work with you to create a personal wellness plan, drawing from all your sessions. You will leave this program with a plan that is practical and easy to follow so you can come through the fall and winter well and enter the spring with flying colors!
